Strategic IT consultancy
We work with our customers to identify their strategic aims. We then propose a set of solutions that could be implemented to achieve these aims, drawing on our experience of implementing other similar solutions.
Our staff can either provide assistance and training to the in-house IT team to deliver an implementation, or deliver and support them as a managed service.
A customer who does not hold a support contract has a Linux-related IT problem. This may be a simple case of something not working, but is often something more complex - an intermittent fault which could lie within any one of a number of machines for example.
We work with the customer to ensure that there are suitable metrics in place to diagnose the issues occurring, and then use these to pin-point the issue.
