Careers at Bashton

What we can offer

Working at Bashton is a unique experience. We can offer an environment where you will be surrounded by like-minded, highly technical people. Because of the nature of our business, interesting projects and the possibility to learn and use new technologies are commonplace. We encourage our employees to contribute to the wider Open Source community. Staff attend an average of one training course and one conference per year. As a small company, we are free of hierarchy and office politics. As much as possible, we strive to give our staff autonomy.

Work at Bashton can be high-pressure; in the event of downtime, some of our customers could potentially lose large sums of money every minute.

If you relish solving technically challenging problems, and want to work with a team that can help you expand your skills and knowledge, we can provide the right environment for you.
